He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Nursing, a Clinical Fellow of the JBI and holds an Adjunct Associate Professor role at the UQSoNMWSW, he is passionate about Nurse Lead Gerontology (the study of the ageing process and its impact on the individual, the society, and the multidisciplinary healthcare practices needed to meet clinical care, and service delivery outcomes). Drew believes in the competencies of Clinical Leadership as a foundation skill for all health professionals.
