What is your organisation? Tell us about your team and specialty.
CREDuED is a learning and development consultancy that creates bespoke learning experiences to meet the evolving needs of organisations across sectors. While we’re known for our leadership in digital and data literacy, our expertise extends across compliance, leadership, onboarding, and future capability uplift. Our team combines education, clinical insight, and design thinking to solve real-world challenges through practical, engaging, and impactful learning. We’re also leading the way in organisational AI literacy, helping teams understand and ethically adopt AI in their everyday work.
What inspired the creation of your organisation? Feel free to share some history.
CREDuED was founded by Nikki Meller, a registered nurse turned educator and strategist. Her frontline experience in nursing, combined with a decade of work in curriculum and organisational learning, highlighted the urgent need for more inclusive, human-centred approaches to capability development. CREDuED was created to bridge the gap between potential and performance, especially in sectors like health, government and aged care, where digital transformation and workforce readiness are deeply interconnected.
How does your organisation contribute to the nursing, health, and aged care sector?
We support health and aged care organisations with tailored learning programs that improve areas such as digital confidence, compliance capability, and leadership development, just to name a few. We’ve worked with teams to uplift data literacy, streamline compliance processes, and introduce AI awareness without overwhelming busy frontline workers. From aged care onboarding journeys to bite sized professional development for nurses, our work reduces friction and builds capacity where it’s needed most.
What makes your organisation special?
We bring a rare combination of lived clinical experience, educational expertise, and technical understanding. We don’t do generic training, we co-design every solution with the end user in mind. Our programs are designed to be flexible, practical, and measurable. Whether we’re creating a communicating safely campaign, leadership module, or AI awareness toolkit, our focus is always on what works in the real world.
How do you envision the future growth and impact of your organisation?
CREDuED is poised to scale its impact across Australia by working alongside partners to build resilient, digitally confident, and AI aware workforces. We’re expanding our offerings into organisational AI literacy and launching microlearning libraries across a range of professional topics. Our aim is to reduce complexity, boost capability, and equip organisations to adapt, and thrive, in a rapidly changing world.
Share a recent milestone, event, or win that has happened within your org, team, or specialty.
A recent win includes the successful launch of DocuCRED.Ai, an AI-powered compliance tool that simplifies document analysis against governance standards. Designed initially for the education sector, it is now being trialled for use in policy compliance, risk management, and quality improvement, enhancing efficiency without compromising care.
How long have you been an ACN Affiliate and what is your membership level?
We are proud to be an ACN Affiliate Member (Bronze). For Nikki, returning to her nursing roots through this affiliation has been a rewarding way to reconnect with the clinical community and contribute to sector uplift through education.
Are there any specific benefits your team appreciates or uses?
We value ACN’s role in championing professional development, thought leadership, and policy insights, particularly around nursing leadership, digital transformation, and aged care reform.
How has being an Affiliate Member of ACN contributed to your organisation’s goals and objectives?
ACN membership has helped us stay connected with sector trends and has opened meaningful conversations with organisations seeking to build sustainable, skills-based workforce strategies. It has also enabled us to tailor our offerings more closely to the needs of nurses and aged care professionals.
What’s next for your organisation? Tell us what your team is looking forward to or working towards.
We’re developing a new suite of learning experiences focused on AI readiness, regulatory compliance, and ethical tech use in clinical and aged care settings. We’re also expanding into leadership development and onboarding journeys to support workforce transition and retention. Our team is energised by the opportunity to work with partners who want to empower their people, not just train them.
