The Australian College of Nursing thanks NSW Health Minister Jillian Skinner MP for her dedication to health portfolio
The Australian College of Nursing (ACN) acknowledges the retirement of NSW Health Minister Jillian Skinner MP.

ACN CEO Adjunct Professor Kylie Ward FACN said “NSW Health Minister Jillian Skinner MP has shown strong leadership and dedication to the health portfolio since her appointment to the position in 2011. She took steps to improve health outcomes for the people of NSW by undertaking a range of initiatives, including the employment of more nurses. Nurses are a massive part of our health system and ACN will continue to strengthen nursing’s role to benefit patients and the community of New South Wales.”

Adjunct Professor Ward said “ACN looks forward to working with the yet-to-be-announced new NSW Minister for Health in the future.”
