FAQs for Fellows and Members
No, neo will be temporarily inaccessible during the system upgrade from 20 November to 1pm on 23 November AEDT.
No, you will not be able to update your membership details during the outage. We advise updating your details either before 20 November or after the system is back online at 1pm on 23 November AEDT.
You will not be able to update payment details during the outage. Please make any necessary changes before 20 November or once our systems are operational at 1pm on 23 November AEDT. Alternatively, you can contact the Membership Team by emailing membership@acn.edu.au or calling 1800 061 660.
Online membership benefits, including ACN Mentoring, CPD and the Professional Portfolio, will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade. They will be accessible again once the system is back up and running.
Communication via neo, including direct messaging and discussion forums, will be temporarily unavailable during the outage. We recommend making alternative arrangements if you need to communicate with other members during this period.
If you have any direct debit payments scheduled during the outage, they will be deducted once the system is back up and running. Regular payment schedules will resume thereafter.

FAQs for Graduate Certificate students
CNnect will remain accessible for some students during the system upgrade. However, students who usually log in to CNnect via neo will not have access during this period. To ensure a seamless learning experience and to avoid any disruptions, we strongly recommend downloading your essential course materials before the upgrade.
During the system upgrade from 20 November to 1pm on 23 November AEDT, access to all ACN courses may be impacted. This includes:
- Graduate Certificates
- CPD (Continuing Professional Development) courses
- Immunisation courses
- Institute of Leadership programs
If your usual login method for CNnect is via neo, please note that you will not have access to CNnect during the system upgrade. However, all other students will be able to continue accessing CNnect as usual.
To ensure a smooth transition during the system upgrade, consider the following steps:
- Save your tutor’s contact details (email and phone) from CNnect before the upgrade.
- Download any resources you may require and use the library databases in advance.
- Complete any quizzes and save answers to forums before 11:59pm on 19 November 2023.
- if you log in to CNnect via neo, please ensure you have saved all your work by 11:59pm on 19 November 2023 and do not commence any new work until the system upgrade has been completed.
Yes, you can continue working on your assessment items and reading your required resources. To ensure uninterrupted access to your study materials, we recommend downloading everything you need before the system upgrade begins. Rest assured that all materials will become available again on CNnect at 1pm on 23 November AEDT.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your course materials, we strongly recommend downloading your unit outlines and any required resources before the scheduled upgrade. During the upgrade, you may not be able to access the content through CNnect.

Yes, automatic extensions will apply to assessments due on:
- 26 November: Extended to 30 November
- 3 December: Extended to 6 December
You do not need to apply for these extensions. Your tutor will be in touch to provide details on the new submission dates and any other related guidance.
