About the CPD short course

This short course is conducted over one day and is equivalent to 7 continuing professional development (CPD) hours. Please note that this program is subject to change.

Who should attend?

This short course is designed for nurses who wish to enhance their understanding and confidence in providing care for clients with dementia. Participants will gain an understanding of the types of dementia, and of the assessment and management of clients with dementia.

  • discuss the models of dementia care
