Accommodation
The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet has announced the house-sitting dates for 2025, which coincide with the week of the National Nursing Forum (NNF). This overlap means that both houses of Parliament will be in session, likely driving up demand and prices for air travel and accommodation during that week and recommend you book now.
aceo has arranged special rates at a number of hotels/apartments within walking distance to the National Convention Centre Canberra.
To reserve your accommodation, simply select your preferred hotel, along with your arrival and departure dates and room type, when you register online. A credit card number will be required to confirm your booking, and the full payment will be processed 30 days before your arrival. Please be aware that hotels may impose a surcharge for credit card payments.
Check-in is typically at 2:00pm. If you need access to your room earlier, consider pre-registering for the night before. If you plan to arrive after 6:00pm, please make a note of that.
Hotels have a strict release policy, with a deadline of 32 days prior to arrival. Therefore, any bookings made after Thursday, 19th June 2025, will depend on availability. Please note that cancelled bookings or no-shows will incur penalties.
All changes to your booking must be emailed to aceo at acn@aceo.net.au; direct changes with the hotel will not be accepted.
All listed room rates are in Australian Dollars and based on room-only accommodations.
