The Australian College of Nursing (ACN) is the national professional organisation for nurses in all specialties and health care settings. Regardless of where you are in your career or what your job title is, we value your opinions, perspectives and passion for nursing and we welcome you as a member.
Our Members and Fellows are at the heart of our organisation and we are dedicated to providing every Member and Fellow with an exceptional experience and a continuously expanding suite of benefits. ACN membership will allow you to expand your scope and skills, network with like-minded nurses and be involved in influencing and shaping the profession and its practice. As a Member or Fellow of ACN you will not only progress your career but also gain satisfaction and fulfilment by giving back to our dynamic profession.
ACN membership is open to RNs, ENs and midwives registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and students undertaking undergraduate and diploma nursing and midwifery studies. We also encourage those that have retired from the workforce to stay in touch with and give back to our profession by joining ACN as ‘Retired members’.
