The Good Sleep Toolkit app – also free and also developed by an RN (me 🙂 – shameless plug) – helps you assess your sleep with clinically validated questionnaires used in clinical and research sleep labs – from your habits and behaviours and beyond. You can evaluate the reports, show them to your GP and if he/she agrees you need a sleep study, you can find a sleep clinic performing best practice testing located near you (in Australia) with the app.
